Axelrod Property was created by a frustrated property investor after the horrors of the Covid-19 pandemic. Frustrated by friction at every step of the traditional sales process, he saw an opportunity to operate more creatively with property in distress. Today, our three core services are commonplace for retiring landlords, distresses and unmortgageable property, and for owners affected by new and ever changing regulations (such as the tax changes to Section 24 and the upcoming changes to EPC ratings that will be costly for much of the UK BTL stock).
